Context
The government has made training one of the essential components of the recovery plan for the French economy . The objective is to give companies the ability to accelerate the upskilling of their employees to enable them to cope with the constraints of a constantly changing environment.
To do this, the “Professional Future” law , implemented in 2018, aims to transform the world of vocational training, learning and skills development.
The main objective is to define a universal standard which will make it possible to guarantee quality training
All training organizations are required to obtain QUALIOPI certification by January 1, 2022 if they want to continue to benefit from public or pooled funds after this date.
What is Qualiopi?
The Qualiopi certification aims to replace the Datadock repository essentially based on declarations and which did not make it possible to guarantee a good quality of training for all training organizations.
Qualiopi's requirements are stricter. Audits are carried out at regular intervals:
An initial certification audit to ensure compliance with the Standard
A surveillance audit, carried out after 14 to 24 months
A renewal audit will also take place every three years. It includes on-site and remote assessment
Unlike the Datadock repository, which was essentially based on declarations, the QUALIOPI certification aims to assess the quality of the service implemented and its impact on customer satisfaction.
